좋은비전교회에서는 목장모임을 통하여 교회 안의 작은 교회로서의 유기체적인 역할을 담당해 가고 있습니다.
먼저는 하나님께 예배하는 모임입니다.
둘째는 서로를 위하여 기도하는 모임입니다.
셋쨰는 목원간의 사랑의 섬김과 친교를 나누기 위한 모임입니다.
넷째는 교회 봉사와 이웃에게 예수님을 전하기 위한 모임입니다.
목장은 8개의 목장과 3개의시니어 목장, 그리고 1개의 영커플들을 위한 목장으로 편성되어있습니다.
